  • Sale of exhibition space (building partnerships with Exhibitors)

  • Accompanying Exhibitors on throughout the exhibition event

  • Document flow control and of mutual settlements with Exhibitors

​

EXHIBITION ENTERTAINMENT COORDINATOR

Requirements:

​

  • Higher education

  • 1 year experience as an event organizer

  • Confident PC skills

  • Personal qualities: creativity, communication skills, a high level of self-organization, high work capacity, efficiency, attention to detail and diligence.

​

Responsibilities:

​

  • Formation of the concepts of the interactive program (competitions, master classes, tastings, grand opening ceremony) within the framework of industry exhibitions in the RA and its detailed study (including site layouts, scenario plans);

  • Development of a thematic photo zone for exhibitions;

  • Search for contractors;

  • Coordination and control over the work of external and internal contractors during the preparation and conduct of events;

  • Solving logistical and organizational issues at the event (drawing up installation schedules, checklists, coordination of contractors at the site);

  • Control of the creation of design layouts and production printing and other products;

  • Transfer order and control.
