Before meeting the family, each candidate undergoes registration, which includes a questionnaire, consultation of the candidate by the manager, testing to determine the level of the category in accordance with the desired position, verification of the authenticity of the data provided, and preparation for an interview with the employer.

Stage 1 - Interview and registration at the agency office.

​

For registration, each candidate provides a package of documents:

1.    Passport

2.    Employment Book

3.    Sanitary book (desirable)

4.    Recommendations from previous jobs (if any)

5.     Copies of all the above documents 

Registration with the agency is free.

Stage 2 - Passing an interview with the employer.

​

The interview with the employer is held at the office of the agency. Candidates who have successfully passed the background check and   meet the requirements in the employer's application are invited to the interview.

Stage 3 - Probation period.

​

When choosing a candidate for an interview, a trial period is assigned (up to 2 weeks). The company helps the candidate to adapt to the family.
